Prospero-The Watcher

ini hero baru yang diusulkan untuk keluar
harap ditinjau hero ini cukup menarikk
(maap tidak di translate soalnya panjang)

Prospero - The Watcher
Prospero - The Watcher
Range: 600 | Move Speed: 315
Primary: INT
Str: 19 + 1.7 | Agi: 16 + 1.6 | Int: 24 + 2.9
Damage: 55 - 58 | HP: 511 | Mana: 312
HP Regen: 0.82 | Mana Regen: 0.97
Attack Speed: 0.68 | Armor: 1
The Tower of Silvermoon holds many secrets. It is home to the Elf Mystics known as the watchers. For centuries they have observed all that occurs in Azeroth. No longer able to just watch the bloodshed between the Scourge and the Sentinels, the Watchers send their youngest member, Prospero, to aid the forces of Elune. Not much is known about such a secretive clan. Some say the Elf Mystics presence causes pain and weariness to their enemies. Some say they have seen the tools of the watchers spying on their camps. Others say the Watchers gaze can erase your thought and memory. These stories haunt The Scourge. Whether in the forests, the rivers, the mountains, or even their base, the piercing eyes of the Elf Mystics seem to be everywhere.
Clairvoyant Blast Clairvoyant Blast (C)
Prospero uses his insight and vision to create a well of negative energy.  After 1 second, the well dissipates releasing 1 blast for each visible enemy hero.  There is a 0.5 second delay between each blast.
Level 1 - 25 damage per blast.
Level 2 - 50 damage per blast.
Level 3 - 75 damage per blast.
Level 4 - 100 damage per blast.
Damage Type: Magical
Casting Range: 600
AOE: 500
-Blast count is determined at the end of the 1 second delay.
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 24/20/16/12
Framework: The well looks like Invoker’s EMP or KOTL’s Illuminate and the blasts look like Invoker’s Sonic Wave.  The Blasts shoot out in different directions.  They don’t visually have to hit the hero as long as they are in the AOE.
Notes: Visible means you have to be able to see their physical form.  So if the hero is invisible or is dead, a blast will NOT be added for them since you can see no physical form.  Visible also means on the map or mini map, not in Prospero’s personal line of sight.  The bomb charges for 1 second and then release blasts based on current visible heroes.  So if a hero disappears into fog, goes invisible, dies, whatever, during the charge time they won’t be counted for a blast.  Likewise, if a hero disappears, etc. after the blasts start, there will still be a blast for them.
Ward of Quel’Thalas Ward of Quel’Thalas (Q)
Summons a ward enchanted by The Sunwell.  Quel’Thalas blesses the ward with immunity and unmatched mobility.  Grants vision and truesight.
Level 1 - Summons an enchanted ward- Grants mobility and invisibility.
Level 2 - Summons an empowered ward- Adds Roam.
Level 3 - Summons a greater empowered ward- Adds Instant Transmission.
Level 4 - Summons a greater enchanted ward- Adds Invulnerability.
HP: 200
Movespeed: 300
AOE: 800
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 150
Casting Range: 200
Max of one Ward at a time.
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 150
Notes: Visually it would look closer to Juggernaut’s ward as it’s a bit fancier than just observer wards.  Preferrably a staff with a ring floating above it.  But that is essentially what it is, a single ward that you can move about and don’t have to worry about it being destroyed at Level 4. Upgrading the spell automatically upgrades the ward, you don’t have to make a new one.
All Eyes On Me All Eyes On Me (E)
Prospero unleashes his unbound knowledge of time and history through a penetrating stare against a single target.  The enemy is overcome with energy and is unable to focus on anything but The Watcher.  Full Disable.
Level 1 - Lasts for 2 seconds
Level 2 - Lasts for 2.5 seconds
Level 3 - Lasts for 3 seconds
Level 4 - Lasts for 4 seconds
Damage Type: Magical
Casting Range: 500
-All Eyes On Me is a channeling spell.
Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Framework: The enemy turns to face Prospero.  Wisps of energy(that look like the Scourge Tower’s attack)travel back and forth between the two.  The entire screen will be blacked out for the target.  The only visible things will be Prospero and the target.  Kind of like how in Enigma’s Black Hole, you don’t see the land, just the target’s themselves, but it fills the whole screen for the target.  The second the channel ends or is broken full vision is instantly restored.
Notes: Essentially like Rhasta’s Shackles.  Channels to disable one target.  It does no damage.  And sorry if the scaling seems off but I wanted it to start at 2 and end at 4.
I See You I See You (W)
The Tower of Silvermoon imbues Prospero with unfound magic.  He extends his omniscient gaze through the World Tree, allowing the Sentinel to see to the ends of the earth.  Full map vision and truesight is given to all allies.
Level 1 - Lasts for 7(11*) seconds
Level 2 - Lasts for 11(15*) seconds
Level 3 - Lasts for 15(20*) seconds
Can be improved by Aghanim’s Scepter (* shows the improved value) Plus, all invisible units are permanently marked on Prospero’s mini-map only.
Mana Cost: 100/150/200
Cooldown: 100 seconds.
Framework: Visually it looks like when the fog of war peels away when you walk into it except it’s for the whole map and it happens in less than a second.
Notes: After the duration ends, fog will be replaced where appropriate.  Even though the map was revealed, unknown areas will still be unexplored, and therefore the “Heavy Fog” will be there.  EXCEPT for Prospero himself.  I.E. Furion can’t teleport to Rosh if no one has been there, but Prospero could port the ward there.  For the scepter upgrade, units means Techies Mines, Lanaya’s Traps, Wards, etc. and NOT heroes.  Only units on the map before the spell ends will be marked.  Ones placed after will not be marked until the spell is cast again.

Discussion:

The following are the sub spells added for leveling up The Ward of Quel'Thalas.  They wouldn't fit in the skill section, sorry.

Roam-The Ward of Quel’Thalas will automatically move around the map.  The Ward can move over unpassable terrain.
Cooldown: N/A
 Mana Cost N/A
Note: This is just an optional feature so that in case you don’t want to set the ward in one place or continue to move it around you can set it to wander the map by itself.  And obviously the ability to walk over cliffs and such is always nice.  Where it wanders would be an issue of coding but ideally it just randomly goes wherever.  Since it’s invulnerable you won’t have to worry about it passing towers or anything.

Instant Transmission-The Ward teleports to any explored are on the map after 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 90 seconds
Mana Cost: 100

Framework: Basic teleport animation from TP Scroll or Travels.
Note: The Ward has no mana pool so it is drained from Prospero.  Essentially Furion’s Teleport just for the ward alone.  The icon and ability would be located on the ward itself so you have to be in control of the ward to use it, unless that’s uncodeable for some reason in which case it can be located in Prospero’s window.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The idea for this hero is based off of Keeper of the Light and a few others.  Essentially I wanted a support hero who really encouraged teamwork.  His biggest Strength is also his greatest Weakness.  He’s a team player.  With good teamwork he can really be an invaluable asset.  Obviously his whole role centers around preventing ganks, keeping tabs on the enemies, and making sure your team has the advantage BEFORE the fight.  However, with poor teamwork, he will seem almost useless.  His only real solo combo would be Clairvoyant Blast and All Eyes On Me.  If nobody takes advantage of his ultimate he might as well just twiddle his thumbs.

Pros

+Good Int Gain
+Good movespeed
+4 second disable
+Free Ward
+Allies have full vision of the map during ult!
+Can easily prevent or help initiate ganks
+Pure support and team player
+Item Independent

Cons
 -Low Agility
 -Low Strength
 -Disable is a channel
 -Pure support and team player
 -Incredibly Team Reliant
-Has very little to offer during the actual teamfights.

Ability Notes

Clairvoyant Blast- It’s best synergy is with his ultimate.  Otherwise it can be completely useless if there are no heroes on the map.

The Ward of Quel’Thalas- When I thought about the idea of a watcher I thought of someone who’s main role was spying.  I thought of having a guy with a bunch of wards but Roof, NA/Old Weaver, and Lanaya have that already.  So instead I thought it would be fun and useful to just have one super ward.

All Eyes On Me- A little something to make sure the he doesn’t JUST watch(though he has to “watch” his target to do it).  A nice disable but risky in a team fight since it can get cancelled.

I See You- Great for cloaked heroes.  Imagine having an NA sneaking up on your ally but your timely ult saves him, or at least makes them aware.  NOT to be spammed.  I think there is a lot of potential strategy to this move.  You want to use it wisely however because if you cast it and all of the enemy are sitting in their fountain drinking tea…well…yeah.

He’s Item Independent so you can build whatever you want for him.  Probably lean more towards support and int items such as Mekanism, Shiva’s Guard, Guinsoo, Aghanim’s, etc.

nah begitulah usulan hero barunya
apakah anda takjub???
